Doggie Apartment
In June, 2005, construction began on changing our two car garage in to a kennel/grooming room  for our Irish Setters.

In June of 2007 the two kennel runs were installed.  Big and roomy with raised beds. The room has its own A/C and Heating unit for year round confort for my friends.

We found the needed to have the ability to separate some of the dogs when we were not home as we have three intact males and two intact females.  Sometimes they need to have their own space.

July 2007 new shade screens are hung over two kennel runs and kennel "patio".

Life has never been so good for my Red Friends. Come in and look around............Click on pictures to make larger.

The dogs owe this beautiful doggie "apartment" to my husband Phil who is constantly trying to get the dogs moved out of the house.  <grin>
Doggie Dorm

New inside runs.  Big and roomy for the Red Gang

One wall has some very nice wooden crates that I use for storage.

Angel Baby thinks the tallest biggest crate is best for taking a nap.

My pride and joy, the raised doggie bath.    If you install one, make sure that they put it at the height you need and that they put a "toe hole" for your feet while bathing.

Doggie door to side yard, which is by the raised tub.

Kennel runs are easy to wash down .

July 2007 outside kennel runs are finally complete.
New shade screens to match house are hung.

Kennel runs with raised beds

Two in and out kennel runs for relaxing
during the day. New shade screen
covers both sides .

Gravel potty yard off kennel runs.  Note they don't pick up their toys.

New storage shed is added to doggie
yard to store extra dog equipment like
shade tents, crates, chairs,grooming
tables, x-pens, etc.
